Arrogant people should not be in charge of public service organisations.
Well done Rod Oram.

Well we now now that Rich is Rod. Although he did not mention National.

What I find amusing is that Market Forces (tm), the Labour Government of the
bancrupt pig farmer era, rae governing darn well. Read the comerical sector
has radio stations to jam your dial. Two a penny, the currency, not the
person.

From one of these you can select your ads, along with a playlist of someone
elses chosing. Saves doing it yourself. And there are some great vibes in
there that you would not have chosen.

Lokk RNZ. Over here, its called USENET. A niche which survives in ASCII.
Pure text. Starnge that it should still exist in many ways. A very much
minority scene these days.

Culture is fluid. sure thing, for it allows progress.

The article then suggests that creative ways are going to rule the future.
Capatialism on its death bed.

So RNZ folks, step aside and let the ones who are passionate about the
bigger picture take over.

Sorry, did a bit of a Rich above. In summary, idiots in charge of the
system.

Well done Rod Oram.
Arrogant people should be taken down a peg or two, where ever one finds them.
It is ones duty.

Well done Rod Oram.
A natural communicator totally at ease with himself, Oram, his English cultural heritage always to the fore, would have been be perfectly capable of speaking exactly how he writes in any broadcast interview he might have been offered. Sadly, New Zealanders have not been so favoured and more’s the pity.

That said, however, now pit Oram’s balance and eloquence and deeply informed ‘feel’ for a topic that reflects his own cultural ethos against a babbling, prevaricating rabbit-in-the-headlights who is no kind of a broadcaster of any description, but who also has not one milligram of ‘elevated consciousness’ in his cloistered, bottom-line mind.

Here’s RNZ’s CEO under scrutiny from one of his paid underlings:

Then this:
