(Not a riposte to the blog but a query):
What are these jobs? Are they skills-matching? Are they mostly in the real productivity sector or mostly in our elephantine parasitic zero-productivity sector - and so on...?
The economy is said to be on the up. So if unemployed numbers are rising then there will be valid reasons for this, and not all of them down to "idle bludgers" - e.g., the "benefit trap"?
