To-days shocker story.

Not one but two plane trips and she thought was okay. This is happening
under this Government's watch.

This really does show that long term, we need specially built MIQ which can
be used as a hotel in non pandamic periods.

It is a tough one, but perhaps in the post COVID world this is a thing. But it needs to be away from the Auckland CBD as the fiasco at the Crowne Plaza demonstrates, so not so good for hotel use. Ideally somewhere like Ohakea with a runway and near unlimited space. Put up hundreds of quick-build sleepout type studios, and facilities for industrial scale cooking, laundry etc. It could work well and might sound expensive, but it is peppercorns compared to the cost of these MIQ leak generated lockdowns.

Clearly there are some idiots whose self-entitlement knows no bounds
we can only hope that the poor example and lack of rsponsible
behaviour by Judith Collins does not result in other idiots believing
that they too canflout the rules. THe incident does call into question
to processes by Air New Zealand though - I would imagine there will be
more stringent questions for those seeking to book or board in future.

It is worrying however that such poor examples can encourage other
idiots; Judith Collins has not yet returned to Auckand, but her
irreponsibility may well be sufficient for more idiots to seek to
travel other than when absolutely necessary.

It is not fully enclosed, and those not from Wellington may not
realise that the city does on occasion have light breezes that would
gently waft through an area such as this. If the MIQ centre is like
others those in isolation will have time slots for when they can
exercise; the only time there would be more than one person there is
when there are two people together in a room, able to exercise
together. The space is unlikely to be used for exercise at the same
time as deliveries (which may in any event be made through the main
front entrance on the Terrace), but given the recent scientific
evidence that the Delta variant is likely to infect through the air
than previous variants it is good to see this beng looked into so
quickly.

Collins did not set a poor eaxmple, in fact it was an exemplary decision by her
to insist that she was present in Wellington to do her job of keeping an eye on

Come on Tony! Rich will tell you, and has been doing so for years, Liebor knows best! Hell the myopic fool would love to see her as glorious leader for life as so many of his hero have done in the past. After all then we'd live in a paradise!!!

Nothing was said as to why the Uni student thought it was OK to
travel. In today's 1pm press conference Hipkins made it clear that
this person should never have been able to get past the Domestic
Terminal door in Auckland.

This has no connection to Judith Collins, unless you consider that all
travelers permitted to travel under Level 4 restrictions are idiots
for doing so.

It is worrying that anyone thinks that Parliament should not meet when
it can safely do so (ie with reduced MP counts). This Government,
like all its predecessors of both colours, makes bad decisions.
Exposing said decisions is the role of the opposition in Parliament.

Enclosed space, people huffing and puffing in an air space that MIQ workers use. NZ MoH, Delta just loves you!
It is not fully enclosed, and those not from Wellington may not
realise that the city does on occasion have light breezes that would
gently waft through an area such as this. If the MIQ centre is like
others those in isolation will have time slots for when they can
exercise; the only time there would be more than one person there is
when there are two people together in a room, able to exercise
together. The space is unlikely to be used for exercise at the same
time as deliveries (which may in any event be made through the main
front entrance on the Terrace), but given the recent scientific
evidence that the Delta variant is likely to infect through the air
than previous variants it is good to see this beng looked into so
quickly.
Just as well Parliament is sitting then.
